Anna Konrad

Anna (dey/they/no pronouns) works at the intersection of administration and artistic production with a particular focus on funding, accounting, and structural work in independent art contexts. As a production manager and assistant director, they have been involved in projects in the independent theater and performance sector for several years (including CHICKS*, Turbo Pascal, Romuald Krężel). Since 2026, Anna has been part of the collective of Berliner Ringtheater where they are holding the position of operations manager. They are also assistant to the managing director at the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Literarischer Gesellschaften und Gedenkstätten (Working Group of Literary Societies and Memorial Sites), part of the performance collective rio.rot, and a mentor for the SCHREDDER young theater festival at the Theaterhaus Hildesheim.
