Paula Häfele

Paula (she/her) studies cultural studies in Hildesheim and works as a freelance production manager. Having her background in music, it was music theater that her recent professional journey mainly focussed on. Paula worked on various, mostly interdisciplinary hybrid formats as assistant (›Moon Music‹, Neuköllner Oper), assistant director (›Technotopia‹) and production manager (›Becoming Maria C.‹). Her major interest thereby lies in productions that deal with contemporary themes and forms of expression. Since 2022 Paula has been part of the Ringtheater collective, working as the organisational and communicative element between the productions and the theater.
