This avant-garde queer-feministic musical crack open dozens of conformity-pushing eggs!
Enter Momo, the first humanized egg, forced to endure injustice at the hands of his oppressors. He discovers that although his kind coexist peacefully with humans, the rights of eggs are severely restricted. No mother chicken certificate, no civil registration! However, an underground egg activist group pulls Momo right into their hardboiled center; the egg rights movement is on full boil!
Brimming with gay desire and seasoning from the far East, Ko deftly unleashes a sexually sophisticated tour-de-force against the political right. Momo’s story is an emotional class struggle between good intentions and dirty power dynamics. His origin quest leads him to selfhood and locales of unimaginable queer science.
This unique musical theater production combines 3D animation, humorous storytelling, and live music. Come and surrender yourself to the fluid biology of these poor marginalized eggs! It will leave you scrambled and wanting more.
